It gives us great pleasure in providing a reference for Alvin Crosby.
With his help and expertise, we have just completed what could only be described as a nightmare start to our long awaited dream pool.
About halfway through the construction of our pool we began to have serious concerns about the contractors we had employed and their ability to do the project in a professional manner. This was a huge investment for us and one we had planned for and dreamed of for years and the prospect of getting a poor result was both stressful and frightening.
Acting as an independent advisor for both parties, Alvin came to assess the work done to date and confirmed our fears, and also noted issues we had not noticed – although the pool itself appeared to be structurally sound there was some grave issues with the finishing which could lead to major problems for us if not resolved.
A parting of the ways between ourselves and the original contractors became effective immediately and Alvin then proceeded to work miracles for us (it was days before Christmas!) and got his ‘A’ team in, under his supervision every step of the way, to undo, repair and rectify all the faulty work and complete our pool to an absolutely fantastic finish – all in time for the new year!!
On a personal level we have found Alvin to be ‘above and beyond the call of duty’ when he came to assisting us, advising us and supporting us through this stressful time and helping us in many ways to finish the job and still keep to our budget.
The appreciation we have for what he has done for us is immense and it would give us the greatest pleasure to provide verbal references or visual ones of the pool should anyone require it.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alvin for any project big or small in his field – in fact we would strongly advise against looking at anyone else!
